BA-100 Stucco Base Coat & Adhesive

APPLICATION

Using an electric mixer with a clean paddle, mix BA-100 with potable water until desired consistency. For Best Results follow the mixing instructions as they appear on the bag. 


As an Adhesive - Make sure the Surface is dry, clean and free of contaminants. Ensure masonry surfaces are free of loose debris. Apply BA-100 to the insulation board using a notched trowel creating uniform parallel ribbons perpendicular to the insulation board. Immediately install the board horizontally (Ensuring the adhesive ribbons remain vertical) and applying pressure uniformly throughout.)

Allow curing for 24 hours


As a Base Coat - Apply using a trowel or an approved pumping system to an approximate thickness of 1/8" (3mm). Immediately embed fiberglass mesh, working from the center of the mesh to its edges. Avoid wrinkles and trowel marks for optimal results. 

Allow curing for 24 hours before applying finish.

FS-200 Concentrated Fiberglass reinforced stucco

APPLICATION

Using an electric mixer with a clean paddle, mix FS-200 with potable water until desired consistency. Follow mixing instructions as they appear on the bag, adding equal parts dry plaster sand. 

For Best Results follow the Mixing Instructions as they appear on the Bag. 


After the Stucco  Mixture is Well Mixed and ALL surfaces are clean and free from debris, prepare the surfaces with the appropriate weather resistant barrier and carefully install lath as per the Manufacturer's Instructions, while correcting any bulging or irregularities in the lath prior to application. 


Apply using a trowel (or approved pumping system) to desired thickness. Screed the stucco flat, let stand until visible moisture has escaped, then float the surface until smooth.

FS-210 Pre-Blended Fiberglass reinforced stucco

APPLICATION

Using an electric mixer with a clean paddle, mix FS-210 with potable water until desired consistency. Follow mixing instructions as they appear on the bag. 

For Best Results follow the Mixing Instructions as they appear on the Bag.


After the Stucco  Mixture is Well Mixed and ALL surfaces are clean and free from debris, prepare the surfaces with the appropriate weather resistant barrier and carefully install lath as per the Manufacturer's Instructions, while correcting any bulging or irregularities in the lath prior to application. 


Apply FS-210 using a trowel (or approved pumping system) to desired thickness. Screed (Level the stucco flat and level, let stand until visible moisture has escaped, then float the surface until smooth.

Immediately adhere the stone into place, try and avoid any impact or vibrations when applying, as this may weaken the bond.
